Pomimo całej sympatii jaką darzę Hiszpanię, są pewne rzeczy, których czasem mi brakuje. Piękne polskie drzewa, zapach mroźnego poranka, pyszne polskie jedzenie, a szczególnie polski chleb.
Kiedy jestem w Londynie, zawsze udaje mi się znaleźć taki, który choć odrobinę przypomina mi ten właściwy (umówmy się, że polski chleb jest właściwym). Jednak w Hiszpanii jest to niemal niemożliwe. Dlatego ostatnio postanowiłam wziąć sprawy w swoje ręce i oto efekt końcowy.
As much as I like Spain, there are certain things that I miss. The beautiful polish trees, the smell of fresh, chilly early in the mornings' air, yummy polish food and mostly, delicious polish bread.
While in London, I always manage to find one, that at least slightly reminds me of the one from home. But it's almost impossible to find the perfect bread in Spain. That's why I decided to take charge and this is the end result.
