Goodbye Valencia...

Miało być jeszcze wielkie podsumowanie Walencji. Miało być o moich odczuciach co do miasta, o sugestiach i wskazówkach, och, miało tu tego być tak wiele! Ale pisząc ostatniego posta, czułam już że się męczę. I wiem, że było to widać i po zdjęciach, i po tekście napisanemu 'na odczep się'. Pisząc, czułam że odwalam pańszczyznę i praktycznie każda cząstka mnie krzyczy, że okres Hiszpanii czas już zamknąć - oby raz, na zawsze. Tak więc dziś, dodaje ostatniego posta otagowanego 'Hiszpania' a o Walencji powiem tylko tyle, że moim zdaniem to miasto warte zobaczenia, jeśli jednak już będziecie się wybierać w te okolice to może lepiej zdecydować się na Barcelonę.
W sobotę, musiałyśmy wcześnie wymeldować się z hostelu a później chciałyśmy wybrać się jeszcze w pare miejsc. Przekonałam dziewczyny do spaceru do Ogrodu Botanicznego, zachwalanego przez niejedną osobę na tripadvisorze. Moim zdaniem jednak, warto unikać tego miejsca bo poza paroma roślinami i całą masą kotów (które dla mnie były atrakcją) nie ma tam nic imponującego. Później, jako że nasz samolot do Malagi wylatywał dopiero o 15, skorzystałyśmy z wolnej chwili i wybrałyśmy się zobaczyć budynek urzędu miasta i poczty (obydwa są na prawdę warte uwagi).

This post was supposed to be a big summary of Valencia. It was supposed to be about my impressions of the city, suggestions and tips. Oh, how many things were supposed to be here! But when I was writing the previous post I felt that I'm struggling. And I'm sure you could easily tell just by looking at the photos and reading the text that was written in a 'just leave me alone and let me finish as soon as I can' style. While I was writing it, I knew that I'm not putting as much heart into it as I should and at the same time I felt that every little part of me screams that it's high time to finally close the Spain period - hopefully, once and for good. That's why today is the last post with a tag 'Spain' and all I can say about Valencia is that it is a city that's worth seeing, but if you happen to be in the area maybe it's a better idea to go to Barcelona instead.
On Saturday we were supposed to check out of our hostel in the morning and later, go and see some more sights. I convinced the girls to take a walk to the Botanical Gardens, which has so many positive reviews on tripadvisor. In my opinion, you should avoid that place because besides a couple of plants and a whole bunch of cats (that were quite an attraction for me) there's not much to see. Later, as our flight to Malaga didn't leave until 3pm, we took advantage of the free time that we had left and went to see the City Hall and a beautiful Post Office's building.
